Trail running

Trail training is designed to work on natural terrain, where in addition to running, strength, endurance and technique come into play.

The idea is that you can adapt to different types of terrain and gain confidence to move on trails, uphills and downhills, always respecting your level and your process.

Trail running training takes place at the club's facilities.
