Clue
We train on the track at different points in Buenos Aires: CeNARD and Parque Chacabuco (recently renovated).
These are more specific exercises, designed to improve aerobic capacity, speed, technique and performance, in a controlled environment.
Each person trains with their own plan and monitoring , adapted to their level, whether you are starting out or already have experience.
